Photography must contain one thing: the humanity of the moment.

I fell in love with the magic of photography as a young girl and this passion remains as strong today as it was then. My photography comes from the heart, as intuitively, I strive to capture the spirit of the subject – be it a person or a place.

Welcome. This page is all about my world of photography and includes links to recent and upcoming happenings, thoughts and dreams, new galleries, and slideshows.

Have you ever been to the beautiful island of Sri Lanka? The island is still recovering from the devastation of the Boxing Day Tsunami. I recently went to take photos of the South West affected area to assist on-going fundraising to support the orphaned children. I was delighted and surprised by the beauty of the island, and its people are amongst the warmest and most welcoming I’ve ever come across. Side trips included The Cultural Triangle and the Pinnawela Elephant Orphanage.

ASeTTS (Association for Services to Torture and Trauma Survivors inc) 2008 calendar is now released and available directly from their head office. View my images here.

The Wild Heart Adventures’ Landscape Legends photographic workshop in Margaret River in March 2007 was a great success. I was honoured to be part of the administration team responsible for its logistics and smooth running. Following on from this winning workshop, we have now almost finalised the fine details for The Wild Heart Adventures’ Landscape Legends 2008 in Dunsborough 7-10 March. For expressions of interest, please contact me direct.

This year, 2008, I will also be offering Mentoring Sessions to nurture and expand your photographic development. These can be one on one or small groups.
